attend one or more of the following American Heart Association's Class(es):
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
ACLS Provider - Initial $225.00
- 1.5 days course
ACLS Provider - Re-Cert $175.00
- 1 day course
ACLS & BLS-HCP (re-cert
only) - 1 day course $215.00
BLS for Healthcare Providers or Community CPR/AED $50.00
Workplace First Aid, CPR, AED or Pediatric First
Aid $65.00
Classroom and equipment rental (CPR Instructors)
($25.00/hr minimum of 2 hrs. required)

CPR Training Dates
ACLS Courses - please allow for one week of review prior to attending the course.
* If ACLS certification has been expired greater than 5 years you must attend the ACLS Provider initial course and have a current BLS-HCP certification card.
